Kinesiology, going further

A valuable complementary tool when you want to go further in releasing emotional tension and deep stress.

Kinesiology is a complementary, educational and personalised approach. It can be used to work on a wide range of situations.

It is a tool for defusing emotional stress, easing muscular pain and helping to change self-defeating habits.

« The muscle test used in kinesiology often fascinates people, because it gives concrete answers without hours of talking. »

The technique brings awareness of the cause of the stress at play, then opens the way to rebalancing through protocols at the emotional, postural, behavioural, cognitive, physiological and energetic level.

This practice sits alongside medical treatment or psychotherapy. The practitioner makes no diagnosis and never asks anyone to stop a treatment.

Who is it for?

Kinesiology is for anyone looking to improve their cognitive, physical, emotional and mental capacities.

How a session runs

Four stages, built around your goal.

1

Listening

Time to listen closely to your history, your emotions and the blocks you feel.

2

Goal

Setting a clear, personal goal that guides the whole session.

3

Correction protocols

The muscle test identifies the imbalances. The corrections are made gently.

4

Checks

A check on the work done, and pointers to keep the benefits going.

As a practitioner, I commit to listening closely, with kindness and without judgement.

« The body knows what the mind has not yet put into words. »

Practical information

The transfer technique is specific to kinesiology. It makes it possible to work with very young children or with people with disabilities, through a third person, a parent for example.

  • The session involves physical contact, movement, acupressure and sometimes the use of essential oils
  • Come in comfortable clothes
  • Mention any allergies during the initial questions
