Foot reflexology

A whole-body approach, gentle and deeply relaxing, that invites the body back to its natural balance.

Foot reflexology treats the feet as a map of the body. Each reflex zone corresponds to an organ or a system, and it is through these zones that the session works.

Through precise pressure, the work releases tension, calms the mind and gets vital energy moving again.

Every session starts with time to listen. The zones worked on are chosen from what you describe, not from a fixed protocol.

  • Immediate relaxation, felt within the first few minutes
  • A deep letting go, from the body through to the mind
  • A non-invasive approach, suitable for anyone
  • A valuable addition to your everyday wellbeing

Why come?

Seeing a reflexologist can help in many situations.

Foot reflexology is not a substitute for medical treatment. It is a complementary approach within a wider health and wellbeing journey.

A deep, whole-body effect

Reflexology works on the reflex zones linked to the organs and systems of the body. It supports natural self-regulation and sits well alongside conventional medicine.

Nervous system regulation

Lasting relief from stress, anxiety and accumulated tension. Lower cortisol and fewer states of alert.

  • Better sleep quality
  • A return to mental and emotional calm
  • Fewer states of hypervigilance

Pain relief

Support for chronic pain and long-standing muscular tension.

  • Low back, neck and mid-back pain
  • Migraines & tension headaches
  • Joint stiffness

Organic rebalancing

Support for digestive, circulatory and hormonal function, for a return to balance.

  • Digestive trouble & bloating
  • Venous circulation & water retention
  • Rebalancing the cycle & energy levels

Who is it for?

Foot reflexology is for anyone who wants to look after their health through a natural, distinctive and effective method.

How a session runs

Four stages, designed for your comfort and for the treatment to work.

1

Talking time

Time to listen, to understand your history, what you need and what brings you here.

2

Preparation

Your feet are cleaned with a wipe, then prepared with talc and shea butter for your comfort.

3

Treatment

Work on the reflex zones, chosen from our conversation and adjusted to how you feel.

4

Coming round

A moment to come back to calm, talk about how you feel and about what comes next.

« Give your feet some time and you give your life back its rhythm. »
